Barry Q. Kienholz, M.A., H.I.S.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Barry has been practicing for over 32 years in The Woodlands and Tomball areas. Originally from Minnesota, he moved to Texas in 1980 and received his Master of Arts degree from The University of Houston.
Recognized for his excellence in the industry, Barry was recently named the 2012 Dispenser of the Year by the Texas Hearing Aid Association. This award is granted to the licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who practices with the highest standard of ethics when serving the hearing impaired of Texas.
Barry has also served on over 14 mission trips to Mexico, Guatemala, Appalachia, and Honduras, providing hearing care to over 1000 patients, and constructing proper housing, bridges, and community centers for those in need. When not assisting patients, Barry’s downtime may consist of studying history, photography, a relaxing round of golf, travelling, or spending time with his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Kimberly while hiking the mountain trails of Glacier National Park in Montana.
